Description:
A single-storey, three bedroom, fully furnished, self-contained villa, set in the hillside with limited sea view. Property has a lounge with patio doors leading to veranda on both sides, cable TV, telephone to receive all calls with outgoing calls restricted to local only, Wi-Fi internet and stand fans.
Separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, utility room with ironing board. Three bedrooms - one with a king size bed, second with a double bed, and third with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms - the larger room has hot and cold water shower facilities and the smaller has cold water shower facilities. Both bathrooms have a basin and WC.
Insect screens are installed over window openings, mosquito nets are available if required.

Fully inclusive, per day (minimum stay five days), for one to two people - $80
Each additional person (maximum six) $10 per day.
10% discount for stay of 14 days or longer (except at peak periods including Christmas, New Year, Carnival in February, Dominica Independence and the World Creole Music Festival in October.
